That's a sad poem, but I think it'd very true. In a day in age where people don't really know if their coming or going, staying or leaving, I think this poem applies to a large population. I especially want to take a look at one part:
"My eyes can't focus and neither can my mind. They give me some drugs, and say I'll be fine, but if it's the drugs that make me alive, then maybe I shouldn''t be here, maybe I should just die."
What does this mean??? I'm thinking this whole poem is about a depressed man placed on anti-depresents. Which brings me to my question: Are anti depresants wrong?
My answer, yes.
I'll expand on this more later, but first, your thoughts? I'll leave it up here for a couple of days to see if anyone (anyone at all) has different opinions that I can consider. Also, leave me a note about the orginal poem. The author has this posted through me on a few sites, and would love some feedback.
Thanks for the vist. Hope to hear some opinions.
Dee
